Outstanding Graduate Student Award Application The Outstanding Graduate Student Award is presented annually by The University of Alabama Graduate Student Association. The award recognizes service to the community and The University of Alabama, scholastic achievement, and leadership. The selection of a recipient will be based upon the following qualifications:

1. Completion of at least one (1) semester in Graduate School at The University of Alabama.

2. Maintenance of at least a 3.5 GPA.

3. Service to the campus and the surrounding community.

4. Leadership activities. All nominees will be recognized at the annual Graduate Student Appreciation Dinner to be held in April. The recipient will be presented an award at Honors Day on April 3, 2015. Complete the following information, attach a Curriculum Vitae (CV), and return it with two recommendations to the Office of the Dean of Students (230 Ferguson Center) by February 25, 2015.
