Instagram Photo Release Form

I have created a teacher page on Instagram. This page will allow me to stay in contact with you and your student. This is intended to provide a fun and easy way to share new things going on in our classroom, as well as update you on important information, and occasionally provide helpful homework tips! Please fill out the bottom portion granting me permission to post photos of your student along with their work. *For privacy, student names will never be used on this site.
