2. IJTC Leadership Change  John Ruegg will post a call for co-chair nominations to replace Ellen Perry on the IJTC web site. Ideally, the co-chair position would be filled by a representative from the private sector, although all candidates will be considered. Currently, this position also includes (an unfunded) XSTF membership.

 Dave Goodwin has volunteered for the secretary position – this includes arranging for the conference calls, agendas, attendance, and meeting minutes.

3. MNDR Status Report and Document Feedback  The next step in the process is to consolidate all of the MNDR sections into a single document, using the OASIS templates. Ideally, this would be completed in December, with the updated document to be posted on the main IJTC web page. The group is exploring options for editors – the estimated work commitment is 4-8 hours.

 The groups discussed the need to ensure this document is differentiated from other XSTF and IJIS efforts (e.g., minimal overlap), and that it’s also relevant for the upcoming 3.1 GJXDM release.

 Once the updated document is prepared it will be shared with the IJIS XML Advisory Committee and the XSTF for feedback.

3. Legal XML Updates  Tom Clarke reported that the E-Filing specifications have been approved as a committee draft. This document will be presented at the next meeting of the Joint Tech committee of COSCA/NACM. After this, the next step is pilot implementation.

4. Other Business

 The next conference call will be held the fourth Tuesday of January 2006 at 10AM Pacific. The December 2005 meeting has been cancelled.
