Operation manual

Introduction Operation manual is the technical document of the equipment, it introduce the features, functions and other necessary information of the equipment to the user. It is also the guide and reference for the equipment management, daily operation and maintenance, to help the user to avoid the damage from wrong operation and accident

Attention user should strictly follow the operation manual to use the machine. For the safety reason, the spare parts must be from original manufacture or certificated by the original manufacture. Please contact the us when there is fatal failure with the machine. Chapter 1 safety guideline 1.Carefully read and study the manual before use Keep away from kids 2.Wear the insulating gloves and shoes during the operation. Hold hydraulic giant tightly in case of the reactive force. 3.Do Not start the machine if there is no enough oil in the high pressure plunger pump. 4.Know how to start and stop the machine, familiar with the control panel. Study and understood the machine schematic diagram before use. 5.Do Not use the machine in the crowd area 6.Put the machine stably 7.Repair and maintenance job should follow the indication of the manual. 8.Keep the jet clear. Forbidden to inject against people,animal and electrical facilities. The user should be got the operation training before use 9.Do not open the electrical cabinet under the voltage. Forbidden to change or modify any wire connection of the cabinet. 10.Do Not put the hand or finger front the jet 11.The surface temperature is very high if using the hot water cleaning, to wear the heat insulation gloves to prevent the hands from burned 12.Cut off the power connection and cool down the machine when Repair and maintain and clean the machine. 13.Switch off the machine as soon as cleaning work done

Warning: the machine must be grounded correctly in case there is fatal defect.

Warning: fill the lubrication oil into the plunger pump before use.

Dangerous: improper grounding will cause the fatal electric shocking accident, please ask the certificated electrician to check the machine ground connection.

Chapter 2 Installation --- open the package 1.Check if any component was broken during the transportation Or any fastener parts loosen during the transportation 2.Check with the packing list if any part or component lost during the transportation

--- power supply 1. There is the electrical specification on the rating plate of the machine. Please check carefully and connect proper power supply accordingly. 2. The electrical protection units should work properly in case there is electrical malfunction 3. The electrical power connection should compliance with local regulations and implemented by the certificated electrician. 4. From safety point of view, the machine should be applied with grounding protection.

--- water supply 1. In any case, the flow rate of the water supply sholud be 1.5 times than the machine nominal water consumption flow rate. For example, the nominal consumption flow rate is 10L/min, the water supply flow rate should be not less than 15L/min. 2. Do not start the machine if there is no or short of water supply. 3. The inlet pressure of the water supply should be not higher than 0.3Mpa (3 bar), otherwise there is a risk to break the pump or other parts. If the inlet pressure higher than that value, it should be installed a pressure regulating valve the set the inlet water pressure on proper value. 4. In some areas, the water quality is not so good, it is easy to generate the incrustation, please contact professional water treatment firm for help. 5. The machine should be supplied with clean water, Do Not use dirty, rusty or sandy water. --- type of jet round jet This type can generate powerful cylindrical jet flow, it applies for cleaning the very dirty object。 Caution: Do Not shoot the water against people. sectorial jet This type can generate the small sectorial angle and of powerful jet flow, with high efficiency, it applies for quickly cleaning big dirty area. If cleaning the soft object, please keep 20CM safety distance chapter 3 operation instruction Read the machine schematic diagram and operation manual before use, understand each part and its function. Check if the lubrication oil level. 1. Connect well the inlet and outlet water hose. The temperature of the inlet water is not higher than 40°C 2. Connect the water hose on the hydraulic giant Connect the power supply. 3. Connect the water supply, turn the select switch to “cold water” ,then start the machine. 4. Make sure there is no any impurity with outflow water, then mount the jet. 5. Turn the select switch to ”hot water” to heat water. Pay attention: the machine is with the 30s delayed stop function. This function will start when the system pressure is lower than 50 bar to protect the plunger pump. In the first time , the machine needs a few seconds to establish the working after the pump started. If the pressure can not be established within 30s, the pump will be stopped automatically, and please turn the select switch to “Stop”, then turn to”cold water” to restart the machine till the working pressure established. stop the machine 1. Turn the select switch to “Cold water” to stop the heating. 2. Keep the motor running till all hot water is emitted out, then turn to”Stop” to stop the motor 3. Disconnect the power and water supply. 4. Freeze-proofing, damp-proofing if necessary.

Safety instruction 1. Do Not use before understand the functions and operations of the machine 2. If something wrong with the machine, Please stop the machine immediately to check and fix the problem. 3. Only the trained people is allowed to use the machine( the training courses include operation instruction and safety instruction) 4. Machine maintenance job should be implemented regularly and standardized

Chapter 4 Maintenance --- plunger pump maintenance 1. After new machine working 20 hours, the lubrication oil need to be changed. Keep the machine running for 2 or 3 minutes before changing, then open the oil outlet to emit out the used oil, then fill in diesel to clean the chamber of the pump till the chamber cleaning well, then fill in the new lubrication oil. This operation is very important for the machine lifetime.( the collection of the used oil must be compliance with local laws and regulations, Do Not emit the oil uncontrolled) 2. After 100 machine hours, change the oil again as seam way. Afterwards every 100-200hours change the oil again

--- daily maintenance 1. Keep the hydraulic giant cleaning and free 2. Check if the oil clear 3. Check if there is any leakage with hose 4. Check if the inlet valve was blocked 5. Check if there is lubrication pipe broken or leakage. 6. Check if the machine grounded well, electrical wire in good condition.

--- regular maintenance 1. Clean the incrustation inside the water tank 2. Check and tighten the loosened bolts, check if there is poor connection of wire 3.Check and regularly change the regulating valve 4.Clean or change the inlet filter monthly

1. Check if the pump is in good condition, replace the worn parts. 2.Regularly Replace the jet

Below issues should be done by the skilled people --- freeze proofing Frozen will cause the water tank broken, so in the winter, the user should take care the machine freeze proofing

--- transportation and keeping 1. If the machine is used seasonally, intervals or long distance transportation, to keeping the machine in good condition, please do below jobs 2. Emit remained water, make the freeze proofing job. 3. Completely clean the machine both the surface and inside chamber. 4. Get off the hydraulic giant. 5. Seal all inlets and outlets, cover the machine with water proof material, in the high humidity area, need also put the drying agent with the machine to keep it from rusting.

--- disincrustant In the hard water area, it is easy to generate the incrustation, so the hot water tank needs to remove the incrustation regularly. If possible, please contact local water treatment consulting to ask professional solution for this issue. Below is disincrustant process

1. Put the appropriate disincrustant in the hot water tank(use the mediosilicic disincrutant) 2. Remove the hydraulic giant. Insert the inlet and outlet hose into the tank( to protect the pump, it need to add the filter on the inlet hose) 3. Start the machine to keep the water flowing as a loop 4. At beginning, the liquid color is yellow, that means the disincrustant working. 30- 90 minutes later, the color becomes to orange-yellow, that means 85% liquid was consumed. 5. Stop the machine, get out the outlet hose from the tank and put it in drain channel. Connect the water supply. 6. Open the inlet water, start the machine and running 30minutes. 7. Cleaning the machine.

Caution: the acidic liquid will corrode the heater and pump. Please make sure the acidic liquid is absolutely cleaned.

Chapter 5 repair Every break down is caused by sequent problems. It can be fixed, before repair, please read following contents that will list out the available solutions for the typical problems. 1. Read it carefully, especially the electrical parts, make sure the power supply is matched with the rating plate value. 2. Check if the flow rate of the water supply is enough to supply the pump, if the filter is blocked. trouble shooting problem cause s o l u t i o n Motor can not 1. Power was not 1.
