2) CALL TO ORDER – meeting was called to order by Chairman Barnes at 9 a.m.

3) AGENDA:  Set the license fee for the harvest year 2015-2016  Review memorandum to licensees with seniority  Act on request for seniority  Other business  Public Comment

a. Setting the license fee for harvest year 2015-2016 It was discussed by all present that there is a need for increasing license fees but felt that this year they should remain the same as last year since there was only 30 days to pay for them. On a motion made and duly seconded the license fees for commercial harvesting will be $100.00 Residential and $200 for Non-Residential.

b. Review memorandum to licensees with seniority 1 After reviewing the memo being sent to those with seniority, the committee decided that this memo should go out to ALL diggers, changing the wording of the memo for the ones that do not qualify for seniority status (must have had a commercial license for the past 5 consecutive years). c. Act on Request for Seniority Chairman Stephen Barnes submitted his letter to the Committee requesting his status change from Resident Commercial Clam License to Senior Residential Commercial Clam Harvest License. On a motion made and duly seconded the Committee approved Mr. Barnes request. d. Other Business a. Committee members all agreed that the Storer Road Landing needed to be looked at and repaired so it can be used as a proper boat launch. b. Any commercial licenses not reserved by April 30, 2015 may, by vote of the Committee, be put into a lottery which will be held on June 1, 2015. All licenses won by lottery must be picked up within 10 working days. Seniority for all licenses won by lottery may be available if the Committee agrees and the licensee complies with the requirements of § XI.A.1.-5 of the Clam Management Ordinance of the Town of Bremen. Advertising for any licenses available by lottery will be publicized on May 1, 2015.
