1. Ensure at least 25 participants at the seminar. 2. Email AIA Trust at [email protected] to request the seminar. Suggest several dates/times that will work for you and your component and will give you ample time to promote the seminar. Selection will be limited to four components per year and will depend on the availability of the speaker, the capability of the component to deliver at least 25 attendees, and whether the component has already received this seminar in the past. 3. Once a date/time is confirmed by the AIA Trust in coordination with your component and the speaker, promote the seminar to your members!
