AGREEMENT FOR USE OF VEHICLE FOR TEST FITTING

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.01. This Agreement is entered into by and between Maxzone Auto Parts Corp., and

ARTICLE 2: TERMS

2.01 I, ______agree to allow Maxzone Auto Parts Corp. to use my vehicle (Owner of Vehicle)

I, ______(Owner of Vehicle), represent that I have full authority to grant Maxzone Auto Parts Corp. (“Maxzone”) the right to use my vehicle for the purposes of test fitting Maxzone exterior lamp products. I represent that my vehicle’s exterior lamps are in original condition and have not been damaged, retrofitted, replaced and/or altered in any way that would affect the test fitting by Maxzone. I have removed all my personal belonging from the vehicle and will not hold Maxzone responsible for any losses resulting from loss or theft. A Maxzone representative and I will conduct a visual inspection to notate existing damages to my vehicle prior to giving my vehicle to a Maxzone representative for test fitting. After the conclusion of the test fitting process, a Maxzone representative and I will conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle and I will immediately be bring to the attention of the Maxzone representative any new damages. My acceptance of the vehicle after final inspection will relieve Maxzone of any liability for damage claims not reported at the time of final inspection.

I understand that my vehicle’s exterior lamps will be removed and Maxzone exterior lamps will be installed for the test fitting process. The test fitting process may consist of; the use of measuring point stickers surrounding the exterior lamps; the taking of measurements in and around the surrounding areas of the exterior lamps; the taking of photographs of the vehicle; and testing the operation of the exterior lamps. The test fitting process should take roughly 4-5 hours. After the completion of the test fitting process, my exterior lamps will be reinstalled and tested to confirm proper installation and operation of the exterior lamps. I also allow Maxzone to photograph my vehicle, and allow Maxzone to keep the photos or negatives and to make additional or any prints (Print including but not limited to: Posters, Fliers, Brochures, Postcards and or Web-site) if necessary. By being photographed, Maxzone makes no guarantees to print all or any of the photographs taken. Maxzone reserves the rights to modify the photographs if and when necessary for print purposes. (Modify including but not limited to: Digitally enhancing the vehicle & digitally erasing the logos off of the Vehicles.)

ARTICLE 3: COMPENSATION

3.01 As compensation for the services rendered by ______(Owner of Vehicle), under this agreement, Maxzone will compensate the owner of vehicle with US$ 7 0.00 at the completion of the project and/or services set forth in this Agreement.
