Pediatric HIV Program Manager  Clinton Foundation, Health Access  Maseru, Lesotho  Jan 2009-Dec 2010 Advised Lesotho’s Minister of Health, national- and district-level government officials on the country’s HIV/AIDS interventions, guidelines, and public policy related to children, e.g. analyzing cost implications of policy decisions, improving patient care systems, aligning policy with WHO guidance, training health providers. Designed and implemented the first-ever CHAI-Lesotho Small Grants Program, which evaluated and granted proposals from health clinics to build their capacity for offering better pediatric care. Created and managed the media briefing for Lesotho’s first-ever national pediatric HIV training. Helped the Government of Lesotho develop and write two multi-million dollar proposals for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. Demonstrated excellent communication skills by writing performance and budget reports and presenting at multiple workshops and technical meetings.

Project Manager, Finance & Strategy  World Vision  Washington, DC  May-Dec 2007 Led project management and assisted in implementing performance management systems for the IPG team integration after a large-scale organizational change. Identified critical issues and made recommendations on the allocation of $13 million in private funds.
