ILR maintains up-to-date and accurate resources by collaborating with other agencies and making this information available to you. Wisconsin Department of Commerce Administrative Code Chapters 50 through 57, 60, and 64 contain Wisconsin’s state building and maintenance codes. The state code deals primarily with new construction, but also governs all areas of the state not subject to local housing code.
