Name: Georgia Optometric Association Activity Title: GOA 106th Annual Meeting Content of Activity: 14 Hours of COPE and 1 Hour of Non COPE (Jurisprudence) Continuing Education in a Live, One Day Format Date of Activity: June 3-6, 2010

The following sponsorship was received by the Georgia Optometric Association for the 106th Annual Meeting.

1. An unrestricted grant from ALCON Laboratories to be used for the Meeting. 2. An unrestricted grant from SECO International. 3. Omni Eye Services of Atlanta will be sponsoring honorarium for speaker.

We will be having an Exhibitor’s Event on Friday, June 4th for a period of three hours. We have approximately 28 Exhibit Booths.
