VCOC Friday, Oct 12, 2007 QUARTERLY MEETING VCOC BI-ANNUAL DINNER MEETING WITH ELECTION 6 TO 9:15 PM Friday, Oct 12, 2007 10 AM to 2:45 PM In Bay Breeze Community Center Chesapeake Ballroom Main meeting is in Bay Breeze Community Center (BBCC), in 6:00 PM RECEPTION Chesapeake (2 Rooms), Ft Monroe. Check-in and pick up your place card. Enjoy the cash bar and complimentary fruit, Refreshments & Lunch $10 cheese & chips. Chat with members from other Virginia chapters. AGENDA/ TOPICS Pledge, Prayer, Welcome, Intros, 6:30 PM CALL TO ORDER, Followed By: Chapter & VCOC Reports, Pledge, Prayer, Welcome, Legislative Breakout in “Casemate Installation of VCOC Officers 2008/9, Room”. Legislative Award to Delegate Kirk Election of Officers for 2008/9 Cox, MOAA Awards, Presentations. MOAA Awards Presentations 7:10 PM DINNER IS SERVED. MENU Entrée Choice at time of reservation: Speaker: The Adjutant General, $25. Chicken Marsala with garlic pasta or MG Robert Newman, in advance London Broil (beef) with red bliss roasted potato and vegetable medley. Memorial Service. Both entrees served with garden salad, key lime mousse, coffee, tea and water. DEPART BEFORE 3 PM so BBCC can prepare for evening. You may leave 8:10 PM John V. Quarstein speaks on “Fortress chapter flags set-up. GUEST Monroe” history from the time of CASEMATE MUSEUM TOUR AFTER SPEAKER Jamestown Fort/Settlement.
