HIRING FEES: Hall Hall hire includes use of furniture, cutlery, crockery and glasses There is no additional charge for the use of the kitchen Use for private functions by residents £20 per session*

Village organizations for profit-making functions £25 per session*

Organizations or individuals from outside the village £30 per session* *A session is a morning/afternoon/evening. Functions extending over 2 sessions will be charged at double rate and 3 sessions triple rate.

Use of modern multi position/size ‘Intelli’ stage £10 extra

Occasional use for residents meetings, badminton, etc £5 per hour

Weddings (Charge includes setting up time the day before) £120 A reservation deposit is normally required when booking.

A non-returnable deposit is required when hiring items. Wooden chairs, forms and old small tables can also be borrowed free of charge by Welbury residents for one-off family events. Damage to the Hall when it is hired and breakages of items used in the Hall or on hire will be charged for.

The Village Hall Committee is keen to see the Hall used to its full potential and welcomes its use by individuals and groups from within the village and surrounding area and by organizations of interest to its population. Please do contact any of the Committee with your ideas/wishes for potential future usage (see website for up to date list). It is our aim to have an accessible and low cost venue which meets the needs of our residents and which helps maintain the village’s community spirit.
