Her Centre, a women’s advice service in Greenwich, seeks an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) with Safe Lives (CAADA) qualification in domestic abuse, or similar, to provide advocacy for women experiencing domestic violence. Her Centre has an accredited IDSVA service with a strong team and a clear commitment to empowering women. We are a women-led service.

This permanent post will require one year’s experience working with women escaping domestic violence, knowledge and experience of legal options for women including knowledge of court proceedings, and the workings of the MARAC.

This Post is based in Woolwich SE18 but will require travel across the Greenwich borough, and will include working one day a week at the local police station.
