Consider: To what extend do you and those that you lead accept that school approaches may be limiting progress? How open are those that you lead and yourself to a review of the approaches that you presently use? To what extent do those that you lead and yourself take responsibility for ensuring effective learning outcomes for all learners? Advocacy: Leadership that creates a living vision in securing sustainable change in closing the achievement gap

Consider: How do you as a leader advocate the ethos, purpose and process that you want from those that you lead? How aware are those that you lead of your living vision for learners? What evidence do you have? How as a leader do you model, monitor and engage in dialogue to promote a shared vision and purpose across those that you lead?
