Confirmation of Approval of Flexible Working Proposal for Trial Period

This letter is to confirm that your application to work flexible working arrangements has been approved, for an initial (insert length of time) month trial period. At the end of the trial period when both you and The Club deem the arrangement viable for the business it will be agreed AS PERMANENT/AS ABLE TO RUN UNTIL PROPOSED END DATE.

If at any time should the arrangement be deemed as not viable for business reasons, the arrangement will revert back to your normal business hours, subject to four weeks notice.

Your flexible working arrangement will commence on (insert date) therefore the trial period will run from this date until (insert date). When we are approaching the end of the trial period, if not before, I will meet with you again to discuss how the trial period has gone.

At this point, your flexible working arrangements will either be confirmed AS PERMANENT/AS ABLE TO RUN UNTIL PROPOSED END DATE OF (DATE) and this decision will again be confirmed to you in writing.

A further letter confirming the detail of your new arrangement, prepared by Payroll, is enclosed with this letter.
