Persuasive Essay
For years, we monsters have been surviving off human blood and flesh. Our ancestors lived this way of life, without them we would not be here today. Why is it only fair for the humans to kill, hunt and eat? Us “monsters” have the right too. We are creatures of God, it’s only fair for us to act the way we do. We need our food and nutrition as the humans do, as well as us completing the food cycle. We are a part of life, necessary whether they like it or not.
It is only fair; after all, humans kill whatever they eat like it’s nothing. As if the animal had no brain, soul or family to go to. Maybe, just maybe, the humans are the real “monsters” here. They go around killing like they own the place, but once someone else steps in they call them “monsters”. It’s like they feel offended having someone superior to their power. This is just an opinion, but the humans are the jealous type. It’s kind of childish to be honest; you simply cannot have everything you want in life. It’s as simple as that, so if the humans can hunt, so can we. Also, in my defense, the humans were irritating my slumber. It is in my own nature to respond to their ignorance in such a way. Do not blame me for my animalistic-like behavior; it has only come from God. If a human is irritated by a mere fly, they would kill it too. It is just the way we are programmed. Human or monster, we are pretty much the same. In addition to all of that, we need our exercise. All of you think it is so easy being a monster, but we cannot just sit there in our caves all day. We need to be physical, energetic and moving. Hunting down humans Maram Al Aradi, 4 is one of the great skills we have developed over the years. It is both exercise and fun for us, it get’s kind of boring sitting around all day. The blood and sound of bones cracking in the palm of my own hand gives me such a blissful high, it’s almost unbelievable. It is like a drug, so addictive, so tempting, you can never stop. The people of the village go on their own “fun hunting” trips. They shoot deer’s, goats, turkey, etc… for their own pleasure. They also end up eating it, so what’s so different between us and the humans?
It would also be nice if they would take into consideration, that we need food too. Our big, strong growing bodies aren’t made out of grass. We need protein in our system for our muscles to grow stronger. The nutrients needed to keep us healthy physically are all found in the human body. It is also a necessity for survival, without it we’d be dead. Think about it this way, would they be able to survive without their scrumptious food? Of course they would not. That is the same reason we cannot live without those yummy humans. We need them just as much as they need you chicken, meat and whatsoever. The taste of human blood is just perfection, nothing else comes close. Cannibals exist in human’s society for a reason, it’s because they are all so delicious! You don’t see cannibals in other species do you? If only they could taste their own flesh they would understand. Heck! If I were human I’d eat myself. They are that good, it’s like they say in their language “life without water”. In which they are like water to us. We cannot just stop eating them; they are too delicious and nutritious for us.
We monsters have also helped the humans with problems such as “over population”.
With their growing economy, life gets a bit hard on them. They get less jobs and more poor people. Hence, when we take away a few lives every now and then, we are actually regulating the human population. We do not go overboard killing everything in sight. We make sure to keep a nice consistent growth for the humans. It is in the laws of nature that we are needed to Maram Al Aradi, 5 complete the food chains and food cycles. We are needed for this, or else other species would be at stake. If we were to remove ourselves from the world, it would cause complete and total chaos. One cannot just eliminate a whole species from the earth and expect everything to be okay. It would cause an imbalance between the species, which could cause other species to be extinct as well. Finally, we were put on earth for a reason. Just as god put the humans on earth, he put us as well. They do not rule the world, which means they cannot just ban us from eating them. Maybe we were sent from god to teach them a lesson, or to show them that they do not have all the power. All in all, we know that we have just as much rights to feed and live off of them as they do to other animals. We are no different in the end.
The humans really have no reason to say we cannot eat them. We have all rights to do what we want as they do. Although we have so much in common, they do not see it. We both need to eat and exercise regularly, survive, and hunt. We were sent here on earth by god’s will, no matter what the circumstances. Our animalistic behavior cannot be controlled; it is just built in our DNA. Life is not fair, but right here we have to be fair in order to live. We need to feed off the human’s flesh and blood just like our ancestors. If we don’t, we risk losing our whole species which could corrupt others too. One species is not more important than others. The humans should stop being selfish, if we fed off of them we could help both them and us.
