Contract Agreement

1. The Host shall pay Cinco de Mayo Bar & Grill for services rendered no later than the date of event as stated above.

2. The deposit is not refundable if the Host cancels event less than 14 days prior to the event date stated above.

4. In addition to the total amount due above, the Host is responsible for payment of their open (alcohol) bar orders and any extra food ordered on day of said event.

5. If Host chooses to have an open bar then the Host signing this contract agrees to pay for all alcoholic beverages.

6. The Host is responsible for payment of food for ALL expected guests stated above

7. The Host is responsible for payment of any additional guests exceeding the amount of guests stated above. This applies only to those will be consuming from the buffet.

8. 50% discount on kids under 12 yrs of age which will be discounted when full payment is due.

9. Host to provide own dessert plates & dessert silverware.
