“Going for Gold” Carnival Procession – 4pm

Carnival Judging –3.15pm-3.30pm: Judging begins at 3.15pm in the school playground for pedestrians and 3.30pm in Barracks Road for motorised classes with the carnival procession leaving from the School at 4pm. Coordinator: Jane Brown (830661)

If the winners of cups and trophies from last year have not already done so could they please return them urgently to Jane Brown at St Luke’s Hospice Shop, Broad Street, Modbury

Notes to participants 1. Cups and/or prizes will be given for the best entrant in each class. 2. No fees will be charged to entrants. 3. All monies collected are the property of the Modbury Fair Charity Appeal & must be handed over to officials at the end of the procession for distribution to local charities & organisations at a later date. 4. By law, no person under the age of 16 years is allowed to collect. 5. Entrants & observers are requested to behave in an orderly manner. Squirting of water etc. is strictly forbidden. 6. Entrants are responsible for their own safety. 7. All vehicles must be roadworthy and have the correct insurance.
