Cups and/or prizes will be given for the best entrant in each class. 2. No fees will be charged to entrants. 3. All monies collected are the property of the Modbury Fair Charity Appeal & must be handed over to officials at the end of the procession for distribution to local charities & organisations at a later date. 4. By law, no person under the age of 16 years is allowed to collect. 5. Entrants & observers are requested to behave in an orderly manner. Squirting of water etc. is strictly forbidden. 6. Entrants are responsible for their own safety. 7.
