Show room SPACE IS LIMITED - PLEASE BE COURTEOUS!! * We kindly ask you keep your chairs to a minimum. When chairs are NOT in use, please fold up. * Please help your neighbors find space for their animals by stacking your carriers and working together. * Please keep your sale animals to a minimum. We are allowing sale animals as long as you don’t bring in an excessive amount of carriers. * Show tables are allowed, but if we are running out of space we may have to ask folks to move them or take them down until more space frees up. * If you feel you must bring carriers to the show table, please be courteous and avoid blocking access to the isles and show table. (SHOW ROOM CONTINUED) * Building opens at 7:00 a.m. . * Show room is heated. * No rabbits housed Saturday evening to Sunday morning (sorry, couldn't work it out with the Armory) * Breakfast and lunch served with seating for dining * Excellent raffle table * Vendors (those selling equipment or supplies) will be asked to make a $25 donation to the club or raffle item of same value. Directions to Show: From the Maine Turnpike (Rt. 95) take exit 47. Head Northwest on Rt. 25 (Westbrook Arterial) for approximately 1.5 miles. Take left onto Stroudwater St. and Armory is approximately 1/2 mile on left.

If you are showing in A, B and C, then write ALL. List each rabbit or cavy with the following info: Ear, Breed, Variety, Age and Sex.  When you arrive at the show, print your name in the Log-In Book and get an Exhibitor Number. Starting January 1, 2016, you may contact Chris Mageles at [email protected] to get an exhibitor number in advance!  Fill out carbon copy Remark Cards for each rabbit, for each show. Make sure you have your name and exhibitor # as well as BREED, Ear #, Variety, Sex and Age. FUR ENTRIES: If you are entering fur, you need to be sure the rabbit is entered in Breed Class to be eligible for fur class. You will need a separate card just for fur. Exhibitor number, Breed and circle FUR.  Turn in your entry and pay your fee. You can enter all 3 shows at once and use the same entry sheet.  Put your remark cards in the Breed Baskets. Show A will have a set of baskets, Show B will have another set and Show C will have a set. Youth and Open will be clearly labeled! YOUTH - please make sure you are putting your cards in the baskets labeled YOUTH

 NOTE: Exhibitors, if you are well experienced in your breed variety, please feel free to step in and help separate cards to get the show running and keep it on time. Thanks so much!! ************************** Show Rules 1) WMRBA being a member of the ARBA will be governed by and run under the latest revised official show rules of the ARBA. All prizes will be awarded strictly in accordance with the American Standard of Perfection. Your entry indicates the acceptance of these rules and any other rule set by this club. 2) Exhibitors attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying, molesting or influencing the judge or acting in any way unbecoming to the exhibitors will have their stock disqualified and barred from the show. No one except the judge and his or her assistants or trainees are allowed behind the tables. 3) Awards will be given in accordance with the requirements of the specialty clubs. Rosettes will be given for Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex in sanctioned breeds with 10 or more shown. Ribbons will be awarded on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place in all classes. 4) WMRBA will not be held responsible for loss by fire or otherwise. All necessary responsible care will be taken by attendants. 5) This is a one day box show and the animals must be confined in a manner which will protect the showroom floor. Carrying cages must have a leak proof bottom or pan. Animals will be carried by their owners or handler to and from the judging tables. All youth exhibitors must be able to handle their own animals. All youth entries are to be placed on the table by youth exhibitors only. 6) The judge's decision shall be final, except in case of absolute fraud. Protests, if any, must be filed with the show superintendent within two hours after judging and must be accompanied with the fee or $50, which will be returned if protest is sustained. 7) WMRBA reserves the right to substitute another judge or judges in place of those listed or appoint additional judges if necessary. Judges are assigned breeds according to the amount of animals entered. Your entry denotes acceptance of assigned judge. Please do not ask for a breed to be reassigned a judge. 8) Displays will not count unless entries are made in four or more classes in a breed. Points will count 5,5,4,3,2,1 times the number in the class. 9) No rabbits are to be removed from the show table or area without the permission of the show superintendent. 10) All rabbits are to be permanently tattooed in the left ear and it must be legible as per ARBA rules. 11) Any animal disqualified by the judge for nasal discharge must immediately be removed from the showroom and is not eligible for next show. The show Superintendent has the right to examine any animal and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the showroom any diseased or unsightly animals and entry fees shall be forfeited. 12) Any rabbit entered in fur or wool class must also be entered in regular breed classes per ARBA rules! Any animal NOT entered in breed class will be automatically disqualified from fur class and all placings will be moved ahead. Any animal that is disqualified or eliminated in breed class is no longer eligible for fur class and entry fees will be relinquished. 13) Parents are responsible for their children. Any damage they may cause will be your responsibility. Until damage is corrected, all awards will be held back and no future entries will be accepted. 14) All carriers must be kept a reasonable distance from show table at all times. Safe passage for all must be maintained as they attempt to pass the table. If you find it necessary to bring your carriers up to the show table while your breed is being judged, you must find an open space, so not to block or hinder free movement of other exhibitors or passersby. 15) No eating or drinking will be allowed at or near the judging tables by exhibitors while the show is being judged. 16) No alcoholic beverages, firearms or smoking as allowed on the premises. This shall be defined as the structure that house the rabbit show in its entirety. 17) No pets please (dogs, cats, etc.) 18) Entries must be paid to the show secretary before the judging begins
