The National Officials Task Force (NOTF) is looking to recruit additional Electronic Scoring System (ESS) Technicians. All individuals selected to serve as ESS techs will serve a four (4) year term, with the possibility of renewal. The total number of selected officials will depend on the number of applicants. Current ESS techs will remain active and are not required to reapply.

In order to be eligible to serve as an ESS tech, you must meet the following criteria:

. Be a registered member with USA Boxing and in good standing . Minimum level II certified official . Intermediate knowledge of PCs

The application process will be as follows:

. Submit application electronically by April 30, 2012 . A screening committee consisting of members from the NOTF and current ESS techs will review all applications and selected candidates will be contacted for follow up interviews no later than May 15, 2012. . Each prospective candidate will be interviewed by the screening committee by June 1, 2012. . Selection will be made and ALL individuals will be notified of their application status by June 15 (Dates are tentative and may change to accommodate the 2012 JO tournament and any changes will be communicated with all applicants)

The schedule for Training for new techs is still being finalized; however, it may occur during an upcoming national tournament. All techs will be expected to attend training at their own expense.
