Grade Fall Semester- Placement Assessment Spring Semester- Placement and ELP Assessments Pre-K and Placement Assessment- Oklahoma Pre-K Screening Tool Placement Assessment- OKPKST below (OKPKST)  Scoring is the same as Fall semester  7 or more answers correct = not EL (1633 or 1634*) ELP Assessment- None  6 or fewer answers correct= EL (2349)  There is no ELP assessment for Pre-K students.  Regardless of score, students given the OKPKST must test with the K-WAPT upon entering Kindergarten, but cannot test proficient until tested in all four domains of the Spring semester Kindergarten ACCESS for ELLs. Kindergarten Placement Assessment- Kindergarten W-APT (K-WAPT) Placement Assessment- Kindergarten W-APT (KWAPT)  Only required to administer Listening and Speaking domains,  Only required to administer Listening and Speaking domains, Reading and Reading and Writing domains optional Writing domains optional  All scores qualify for EL services  All scores qualify for EL services ELP Assessment- Kindergarten ACCESS for ELLs  Students previously given the OKPKST and those potential ELs identified through a new Home Language Survey (HLS)  Only required to administer Listening and Speaking domains, Reading and need to be assessed with the K-WAPT Writing domains optional. Administering all 4 domains recommended.  If all four test domains (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) administered, student has first opportunity to test proficient. First NOTE- Fall semester placement tests highlighted in red Placement Assessment- Grade 1 Screener below require use of the placement assessment  Administer all four test domains (Screener) from the previous grade cluster.  Scoring -Grade Adjusted Composite Proficiency Level is 5.0 or above AND Placement Assessment- Kindergarten W-APT (K-WAPT) Grade Adjusted Literacy CPL is 4.5 or above- student is re-  Administer all four test domains designated 1633 or 1634* and does not receive EL services -Grade Adjusted Composite Proficiency Level is 4.9 or below OR  All scores qualify for EL services. From this point on, both the placement and ELP assessments require administration all four test domains (as appropriate to the student) and scoring criteria for each assessment will be the same as that listed in the first grade, Spring semester section.
