How are you today? (Wait for a response) I am calling about the Alternative Solar Energy Program, are you familiar with solar as an alternative energy source?

I am sure you are aware of the continuous rate increases on your electricity bill that are not getting lower anytime soon.

We would like to help you by doing a free rate analysis on your monthly usage of energy to show you how going solar will benefit you. All we need to do is to quickly verify some information about you and your home.

This call is being recorded for training and quality purposes.

We have your first and last name as ______and your address at ______, correct?

What is your primary email address? (If customer refuses to give email address, explain that they cannot qualify for the offer without an email address. If they still refuse, politely hang up, reject the lead).

How much money are you currently spending monthly on your utility? (Under $100, $100-$150, $150-$200, $200 - $300 or over $300?)

Is your home shaded from the sun at all? Is it mostly sunny, do you have shade in the morning only, in the afternoon only, or is your house shaded all day? (If shaded all day, explain that the house must have some sunlight to qualify and politely hang up, reject the lead).

Who is your electricity provider?

How would you rate your credit score? Fair, Good, or Excellent?
