[1] 1. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS The extended abstract should be concise and still descriptive in order to communicate the main conclusions of your work. Extended abstracts must not exceed two pages in length and will be written in these template margins, in justified Times New Roman, 12-point font. The extended abstract must be written in English. A FIGURE MUST BE INCLUDED IN ALL SUBMISSIONS. A table may substitute the figure. Only one figure is to be included. The figure or table must be embedded in the text as seen in the examples below. Figures must be embedded in either .jpg or ,pdf format, as the maximum file size of any extended abstract is to be no more than 2 MB.

[3] 3. TABLE A table can be used in place of a figure. Tables should be kept simple and easy to read, as seen below. Keep the font size the same as the below example (12 pt Times New Roman).

[4] 4. EQUATIONS AND UNITS A displayed equation is numbered, using Arabic numbers in parentheses. Please follow the example below. Use SI units. Use correct abbreviations for units ("%" and not "percent"). The following example is a single line equation: Ax = b (1) The next example is a multi-line equation: Ax = b (2)

References should be kept to a minimum for an extended abstract. Please order them using a number in brackets [1] and use the below template to record them.
