1. What’s Available?

2. How do I order?

Raising the PO

When raising a Purchase Order the customer will be required to provide the below details within the Purchase Order. A Purchase Order is considered “Clean” if all the below information has been provided. □ Customer name □ HP account number □ Customer purchase order number □ Partial delivery accepted – yes/no (This can be set the first time and only exceptions need be noted ) □ HP part # and related descriptions □ Quantity orders □ Unit/extension price per line □ Order total □ Shipment address – (Only 1 shipping address per order. For multiple sites, HP will need a deployment plan) □ Billing address □ Australian Business Number (ABN) □ Purchasing contact name and telephone number □ Eclipse sales deal number 89317622 □ Requested delivery date □ Special delivery instructions, e.g.: stair access only, specific delivery time window etc

Placing the Order HP will provide the customer with the ability to order their HP products via a Business to Business Solution. HP is able to provide the customer a standalone B2B portal. The HP Portal will give the customer an on-line flexibility with ordering preconfigured products or the ability to modify their orders to meet their individual needs. This will include, but is not limited to, the upgrade or downgrade of the processor, memory, hard disk drive, video card, etc. Orders to HP may be placed directly via HP’s Business To Business portal or sent as an email to [email protected]

From within the B2B online portal the customer is given the ability to export the catalogs in XLS, HTML or CSV format.

3. How do I obtain hardware support? Schools For Staff (purchases for personal use) DEECD / Purchasers’ technicians are to log support requests, place orders or make enquiries, in accordance with the requirements of the DNEP SPC. The Contractor will provide: • an Australian based Help Desk located Forest Hill, VIC Phone 1300 300 873. The Help Desk will be available between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday. Escalation Point, being a single, effective and efficient point of contact to which an Eligible CSA Purchaser, including the Eligible CSA Purchaser’s technicians, can escalate support calls or enquiries, for example, in the event that a Purchase Order is delayed or a problem is not adequately resolved within the agreed service levels specified in the DNEP SPC.
