Summary: I am looking for acceptance into your Electrical Engineering Graduate Program. I offer: A B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics and Economics. Employed by SIU-Carbondale as a Undergraduate Research Assistant. Involvement in many Robotics competitions Managed an Engineering Summer camp for minorities. Extremely involved with the development of young people in the community.

Carbondale, IL Head Counselor Managed a Summer camp for the Minority Engineering Dept. Oversaw the development of 10 counselors 25 freshmen coming into the College of Engineering.

March 2005-March 2006 Gitz-Meier Remodeling, Inc. Freeport, IL General Manager Created an innovative website for RESTORx Northern Illinois, a sister company of Gitz-Meier Remodeling Inc, that is a premier information source for its many customers. Designed a website for Gitz-Meier Remodeling, Inc. that is now a very good selling tool for the company.
December 2002-April 2005 Avionics Sensors Shop Various Bases Avionics Sensors Craftsman Maintained and troubleshot the LANTIRN system, the PAVE PENNY system, and the IAVTR system for the US Air Force. Received the Air Force Achievement Award, a highly coveted medal that is only rewarded for outstanding accomplishments.

Advised FIRST Robotics Team #2219 for 2 years, served as Student Leader for 3 years in High School. FIRST is a robotics competition organization, where many teams compete locally, regionally and nationally against other teams to win certain competition goals that change every year. I am currently an advisor for Team 2219, Brehm Preparatory School. Brehm is a boarding school for kids with Learning Disabilities. It is the only school of its kind in the US and it gives me a great sense of accomplishment to work with the students and show them the world of science, math and engineering.
