PRICES Rates are quoted in AUD inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Horseback Winery Tours. No responsibility is accepted for unforeseen omissions or misrepresentations of Tour Operators.

HORSE HIRE Riders hiring horses must be under 95 kgs in weight and have no known medical conditions that cause dizziness, loss of balance/vertigo.

PAYMENT POLICY For winery, picnic or pub tours a 100% upfront payment by CASH or EFT transfer online is required at the time of booking. Overnight stays require a minimum deposit of $100 per person for The Hidden Valley Stay and $70 per person for The Jillaroo Experience.

MINIMUM RIDER NUMBERS Tours require a minimum number of riders to operate and are subject to change at any time. In circumstances where minimum numbers are NOT reached an alternative date and/or full refund will be offered. Riders will be given 7 days notice in respect of any tour cancellations, other than weather related events.

WEATHER CONDITIONS For the safety of our riders, tours may be cancelled due to unforeseen and/or inclement weather conditions. If this is the case, riders will be offered an alternate tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations are effective on the date notice is given, whether this is by Phone or email to our office. Due to extensive planning and organisation involved in the Horseback Winery Tours business, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply: Bookings cancelled up to 7 full working days before booking date: A FULL refund of money paid. Bookings cancelled between 7 full working days and 48 hours before booking date: 50% deposit Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking date OR if you fail to join the tour (“no show”): The Full Amount WILL BE FORFEITED. Note: If you leave the tour prior to its completion, no refund is applicable.
