Dear Councillor,

I hereby give you notice that the next Meeting of the above named Parish will be held at THE MEMORIAL HALL, HIGH STREET, BOVINGDON on MONDAY 2 MARCH 2015 AT 7.30 P.M.

That the Council considers whether to award a grant of £100 to The Friends of St Lawrence Trust towards the purchase of flowers for the Flower Festival being held at St Lawrence Church on 29 – 31 August 2015. The request has the support of a majority of the Finance & General Purposes Committee.
