Strictly follow below mentioned Guidelines:

1. Prepare all the kits for Aadhaar Enrollments with necessaryAadhaar software. 2. On boarding Operators and Supervisor on priority basis after activation. 3. Enrollment should be done without any mistake. (E.g. Demographic Error or Process (Biometric) Error). 4. After 1 day of Enrollment machine should be synced, so that it will be added to UIDAI Upload Portal. 5. EOD REPORTS should be generated on Daily Basis. 6. Machines should be synced on every day without fail. 7. Back up should be taken every day at EOD (Verify and Export) 8. Kindly use proper Internet Connection to upload data properly and as well as to give machine on remote. 9. Data should be uploaded within 7 days from Enrollment. You can Upload Data on daily basis after Enrollment process gets over. 10. Daily MIS should be sent to Email id :

11. Deployment of kit on priority basis. 12. Kindly provide Remote on Any desk ID for Technical Help. 13. Antivirus should be updated. 14. Only UIDAI related data should be kept in D: Drive. No unnecessary data or software should be kept in Laptop. (E.g. Songs, Movies etc.) 15. Don’t uninstall any software or format your laptop without prior permission. 16. Kindly copy all the Guidelines on your Letter Head and send us Acceptance scan copy or reply on email for acceptance.

Note: Machine Syncing is the most important part of UIDAI and if you don’t sync machine regularly then packets will not get uploaded. So, Sync machine on regular basis without fail.

Daily Task to be performed by operator or supervisor:

1. Make Sure Enrollment should be done without any Demographic and process Error. 2. Verify and Export Packets which are Enrolled for the day. (Everyday) 3. Sync Machine (Everyday) 4. Generate EOD Report and sent to us. (Everyday) 5. Daily MIS should be sent to us on email without fail (Everyday) 6. Pick up List 7. Try to upload data on the same day or Upload packets within 0 to 7 days (Don’t wait for 20 Days to Over for Uploading.) # Guidelines for Your operators and Supervisors while doing enrolments

Ask your operator or supervisor to take care of following things:-

1. White background is mandatory 2. Quality of resident photo should be good 3. There should not be any blur in the resident photo 4. During enrolment resident face and eye should be towards camera 5. Exception photo posture should be according to guideline 6. Name in Hindi and English should be same. 7. Take care before filling of resident age, relationship and gender.

If you don’t follow above mentioned guideline while doing Enrollments then you are entitled for heavy penalty and company will not be answerable for any kind of dispute or trouble in the operations.

Already all the deadlines has been crossed and penalty will be applied for errors made by your operators. If you have already Re Enrolled packets then kindly fill details and send to us and If you haven’t done re enrolments then Re-Enroll Resident to avoid further penalty. We have given enough time for Re Enrollment. So, don’t ask for any clarification at the time of payment about penalty.

After everything’s settled down, make practice of Syncing and Uploading data on regular basis without delay. 5. Please share Name and Contact Details of Operator who are running AADHAAR SFTP Clients for Logs of Uploading.
