Technical skills and Meshing: Hypermesh- BIW, Plastic, Mid-Surface Extraction, 3D Components. Competences Gambit-2D & 3D Parts ICEM CFD: 2D & 3D Parts (Tria mesh only) CFD Softwares Fluent, Star CCM+ (Projects were done in Heat Transfer area) Part Modelling, Assembly & Sheet Metal: Creo, Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Drafting: AutoCAD (2D Drafting, 3D Modelling, Isometric modelling, Visual Lisp Hypermesh Program) Hypermesh Certification Form Techzilon Technology Solution, Bangalore (Altair Certified). The Various components worked with Quad, Tria, Hexa, Tedra elements for shell and solid parts, Academics projects were carried out during the training period. StarCCM+ For the shell components the mid surface was extracted and meshed. The mesh was carried out using with surface and without surface of the component. StarCCM+ & Fluent StarCCM+ Certification Form Techzilon Technology Solution, Bangalore (CD- Adapco Certified). Academic Projects Simulated CFD analysis for a diverse set of applications like automotive, Electronic Title cooling, building HVAC, Heat Exchanger, Multi Phase Analysis Time Step Analysis. Software Packages Used Abstract CFD analysis and testing of heat exchangers employing twisted tape AutoCAD, CREO, Hypermesh, Fluent Heat transfer rate of the double pipe heat exchanger increased by passive heat transfer enhancement technique. Double pipe heat exchanger was used. The problem is carried out with and without twisted tape both in experiment and fluent simulation. Hot water flowed at the outer pipe and cold water flowed at the Present Work inner pipe of double pipe heat exchanger. The twisted tape was inserted in the cold water pipe. This replaced the maximum velocity of the pipe from middle to wall side and increases the turbulence of the fluid. The heat transfer rate of the Title heat exchanger with twisted tape increased 16% compared with the heat Software Packages Used exchanger without twisted tape. Abstract The cold water is replaced by nanofluid (Al2O3, SiO2) and the experiment and fluent simulation is going to carry out. Numerical investigation of fluid flow and heat transfer in micro/mini channel CREO, Hypermesh, Fluent In order to cope with ever increasing demands from the electronic, automotive and aerospace industries, cooling devices have to be small in size, light-weight and of high performance. The search for a more efficient cooling technology becomes one of the bottle neck problems of the further development of the electronic and automotive industry. Microchannel liquid cooling is one of the candidates for this purpose. The most important parameter in the microchannel is the distribution of the coolant inside the channel. A uniform flow in the Future Work microchannel leads to uniform heat transfer. An experimental and numerical simulation is carrying out to minimize the flow maldistribution inside the microchannel and heat transfer rate by using water and nano-fluid as working fluid, uniform heating and non-uniform heating of microchannel. Header is the major part in the microchannel which supplies fluid in to different channels. In this, five different shape of the header was considered namely circular, frustum conical, rectangular, triangular and trapezoidal. The heat transfer rate is increased because of more volume to surface area ratio. The simulation will be carried out by the straight microchannel with ribs, other shapes of the microchannel like wavy microchannels with/without ribs.
