MC of the Meeting was Lion Mike O’Callaghan Mike welcomed all to the Change Over meeting for the Lions Club of Park Orchards Inc. 2014/2015 Year.

Outgoing President John Hoskins’ address John spoke of the achievements of the Club during this last year and expressed his gratitude to all for the assistance given on projects throughout the year. He gave special thanks to his wife Reggie and the outgoing committee. John expressed his confidence in the new committee. John showed a great presentation of slides of members engaged in activities during the year.

The Change Over Ceremony Chris Corry conducted the ceremony and the following Office Bearers were installed: President Paul Stewart Vice President Ian Sutton Secretary Tim Galbally Assistant Secretary Graham Hocking Treasurer Terry Grimwade Immediate Past President John Hoskins

Incoming President Paul Stewart’s address New President Paul Stewart thanked outgoing President John Hoskins for his great efforts and achievements throughout the preceding year. Paul also thanked the outgoing Board and spoke of how proud he was to accept the role of President for the coming year.

Banking Changes Following the election of the new Board Members arrangements were made and advice was given that John Hoskins and John Goodwin would no longer be signatories to the Lions bank account and furthermore that Paul Stewart, Terry Grimwade and Tim Galbally will be new signatories to the account, any two of whom may sign cheques.

Website Presentation Michael O’Callaghan gave the members a visual tour of the great new website he has recently constructed.

Musical Interludes were provided by ‘Dan and the Other’.
