Is in contact with the Engineering Dept. to get a senior design project to take on BUID swipe Bison Bikes racks 3. Has participated in a few downtown meetings 1. Discussing increased police presence and housing issues 4. Took poll of Congress to see who is interested in another Bounce FunPlex trip this semester VII. Old Business a. BUCC Bake Sale 1. Proposed letter seems to be somewhat contradictory. 1. We should take a firmer stance 2. Should we make the letter more of a blanket statement, or should we point to specific event(s)? 1. Beating around the bush if we do not include BUCC 2. Does not have contradictory nature if we don’t include BUCC, though. 3. Why are we giving this more publicity? 4. Motion to mention the BUCC in the opening and then transition to a blanket statement addressing all student organizations 1. Motion passed. 5. Should we even submit this letter at all? 6. COGL (Council on Greek Life) 1. No update. m. PACs, (Project Advisory Committees) 1. Housing 1. No update. 2. Bookstore 1. Has not met yet. 2. Execs met with representatives from Barnes & Noble. a. Plans look great b. School will provide some sort of transportation during peak textbook-buying time (e.g. shuttles) c. Students will be able to order textbooks online, to be delivered to campus mail box. i. Also considering idea of having a designated time/room in the LC for students to pick up books ordered online. n. CCC (Campus Coordinating Committee) 1. Hasn’t met o. IFC (Interfraternity Council) 1.
