FORMS: Candidate's Declaration of Intention (form can be obtained from and returned to the County Clerk’s Office.)

PROCESS: The forms and fees shall be remitted to the County Clerk within three (3) days of the filing. Upon receipt of the filing the County Clerk shall verify the filing.

No candidate shall be permitted to withdraw from candidacy after the filing deadline (June 10, 2010)

The County Clerk's Office shall forward a copy of each candidate’s forms to the Kansas Commission on Governmental Standards and Conducts. ELECTIONS: Primary August 3, 2010
