NOTICE TO BID

Sealed proposals will be received by the undersigned at the Canaveral Port Authority, P urchasing Services, 445 Challenger Rd. Suite 301, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 for NCP 2 DOLPHIN DEMOLITION, until 2:00 PM EST, November 10, 2015, at which tim e and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Work is generally described as follows: Demolition and removal of mooring dolphin structure previously destroyed by barge and scow collision. Estimated project cost is approximately $350,000.00.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 9:00 AM on October 30, 2015, at 445 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. Due to badging requirements, all attendees must pre-register by submitting a site visit pre-registration form (available on CPA website) at least 24 hours in advance of the site visit.

Electronic copies of Contract Documents may be obtained from the Canaveral Port Authority starting on October 19, 2015. Interested parties must submit a bidder registration form (available on CPA website). Direct all inquiries to Sheri Caltabiano at (321) 783-7831, extension 277 or [email protected]. This solicitation is governed by CPA Policy 2011-02, Establishment of a Limited Communications Period with Respect to Procurement Procedures. A copy of this policy is available on the CPA website. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the Owner.
