Key take-aways:

 Beneficiaries overwhelmingly prefer House NDAA provisions entailing:  Lower immediate Rx copays  Cap on future Rx copay hikes  One-year mandatory TFL mail-order use for maintenance med refills  SecDef authority to exempt from mail-order requirement

 At least 96% support House plan for:  all ages  all ranges of prescription use  all grades E-7 and above

 Medicare-eligibles support the House plan at equal rate: 97%

 Even among those “very dissatisfied” with mail-order, 2/3 still prefer the House plan

 Of the 179 people (2.6%) who prefer the Senate plan, 107 (60%) have never tried mail-order

 Of the people who have tried the mail-order program, 93% of respondents are either “very satisfied” or “satisfied”
