The 65th Annual NIADA Convention & Expo will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Caesars Palace June 19-23, 2011. Located approximately ??? minutes from the McCarran International Airport.

Make Your Hotel Reservations Caesars Palace is the host hotel for the convention. Caesars Palace is offering the following “Early Bird Promotional Rate” until March 22, 2011. $144 per night for the Roman and Centurion Towers $164 per night for the Forum Tower Standard Room $204 per night for the Palace and Augustus Towers Standard Room

Starting March 23, 2011 to May 20, 2011 the room rates at Caesars Palace will be as follows: $164 per night for the Roman and Centurion Towers $184 per night for the Forum Tower Standard Room $224 per night for the Palace and Augustus Towers Standard Room

Reservations made after May 20, 2011 cannot be guaranteed the above rates and will be sold, if available, at market value.

Caesars Palace policy states a credit card must be used to guarantee reservations and a first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.

Caesars Palace allows the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no- show” reservation will be canceled. It is policy to require a cardit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Any departures after 11:00am are subject to the full day charge.

There will be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 for tickets purchased at the airport (amounts subject to change). At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed online at www.AA.com.
