This Week’s UltiPro Portal Tip: Know the Basics. Available 24-7, the UltiPro portal gives you the ability to view and make changes to much of your personal, payroll, and benefits information.

Employees are able to view:  Personal information, such as name, address, phone number, email address, emergency contact information, and more  Payroll information, including current and prior pay statements, direct deposit, voluntary deductions, and compensation history  Benefits information, such as healthcare coverage, flexible spending accounts, savings and insurance summaries, and beneficiary and dependent designations

Employees can make changes to:  Personal information, including address, phone number, email address, emergency contact information, dependents, beneficiaries, and more  Payroll information, including direct deposit, voluntary deductions, and requests for a W-2 reissue
