As a Foster Family Services Consultant for Boys Town, you will work with a team of professionals to provide and secure services to families and youth. You will monitor and coordinate all aspects of youth treatment. You will provide 24 hour on-call crisis intervention instruction to foster parents, helping them learn to deal with challenging situations.

To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need:

o Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human or Social Services, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred o A minimum of experience in the Boys Town Family Home Program and experience working with local and state agency personnel is desirable o A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, along with a reliable vehicle is required o Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
