(Authorized Dealer Name) agrees to be bound by all Terms, Conditions and pricing set forth in Deere & Company's STS. ( Authorized Dealer Name) agrees not to offer products or services to the State under the STS that are not authorized by Deer e & Company in the attached authorization letter. If Deere & Company subsequently withdraws its authorization to (Authoriz ed Dealer Name) to offer products or services under the STS, (Authorized Dealer Name) shall not accept orders under the STS. In the event (Authorized Dealer Name) fails to comply with this paragraph, (Authorized Dealer Name) agrees that the State shall be entitled to pursue any legal or equitable remedies available to it, including without limitation, damages.
