Product Overview The MMT Pallet Delivery System is designed to work in conjunction with our Non-Stop Curtain to provide an uninterrupted flow of printed materials from the delivery of the press. The system features a double shuttle plate that provides a simple means for transferring loaded pallets from the delivery to a convenient pick up location while an empty pallet is positioned to receive the continuing flow of printed material.

The operating sequencing starts with the full pallet being lowered to the conveyor. The shuttle plate then moves the load to the discharge side of the press. Simultaneously the shuttle plate with the empty pallet moves into the delivery section of the press and is raised to accept continuing paper flow. The delivery pallet system is available both for new and existing presses. Major System Components 1) Electric Control Panel – All electrical components including the PLC controller are housed in an enclosure that can be mounted beneath the press catwalk. 2) Operator Control Panel – Mounted at the delivery of the press. The operator can use the system either manually or automatically. 3) Pallet Conveyor – This is the base for the drive unit section of the system. This includes conveyor motors and drive mechanism. 4) Shuttle Assemblies – Two shuttle/delivery platforms are provided to move full and empty pallets.
