In striving to place our animals in loving, responsible, and caring foster homes, we’d appreciate it if you would answer each question carefully and completely. Feel free to give us as much information as possible, and thanks for opening your home and heart to a foster dog!

How long, on average, will this animal be left alone each day? Describe your typical weekday and weekend day. Do you work full time? What provisions would you make if leaving a foster alone for 8+ hours per workday? How many children visit your home? (We ask this because not all dogs are child friendly!)
