We are about to start the work with your employer Geneva Healthcare to negotiate your first ever collective employment agreement. Come to one hour paid meetings and vote on the issues we raise on your behalf based on Union members survey feedback, who attends the bargaining on your behalf and the process to accept or reject the outcome of talks. You’re welcome to attend these meetings if you’re a not yet a Union member and find out about the Union process and have your say. At these meetings we will explain the difference between your current individual employment agreements and a collectively negotiated agreement where workers have a meaningful say in what discussed and included.
