Solicitation Process 1. Using the list above, develop a list of local organizations that might be considered vendors for your chapter. 2. From that list, you can create a mailing list to send an invitation for these companies to become meeting sponsors, vendors at vendor fair, advertisers in your newsletter or on your chapter web site, etc. Advertising Process 1. Announcement on L&C SHRM Website 2. Announcement in PowerPoint at the beginning of every monthly member meeting

Type of Sponsorship and Pricing

1. Meeting Sponsorship $300 vendor fee to "sponsor" monthly chapter meeting.

Sponsorship includes:

2. Web Site or Newsletter Advertisement $150 fee per month

Sponsorship includes:

 Logo displayed on the L&C SHRM website. Sponsoring company should provide logo with 15.5 KB and JPEG. The logo will also include logo featured in the monthly newsletter.
