University of Delaware Crowdfunding Application

If you are interested in utilizing UD’s online crowdfunding platform at https://udel.givecorps.com to fundraise for a specific project/cause, complete the following application. Your application will be reviewed by the Crowdfunding Committee for approval. Projects will run for approximately one month (exceptions may apply).

All applicants should review and understand the crowdfunding policies before applying: https://udel.givecorps.com/info/terms_and_conditions.

NOTE:  If you are a Registered Student Organization (RSO), you must first contact Alex Keen at [email protected] to see if you are eligible to fundraise.  The individual that fills out this form will be considered the Lead Crowdfunding Ambassador for this project unless otherwise noted.  The Crowdfunding Committee will meet at the beginning of each month to determine which groups will be able to fundraise. You will be notified shortly after once a decision has been made.

What is your fundraising goal? If you have multiple items to fundraise for, please break it down individually. Example: Airfare will cost $2,000, equipment rental will cost $500, t-shirts will cost $200.

Why should others support your project/cause?

When were you hoping to fundraise?  Is this project/cause time-sensitive or event-based? Provide details.

Who will you be promoting your crowdfunding page to? Do you have email addresses for these individuals? If you are selected to fundraise, you may be asked to provide your potential list of future donors.

Are you willing to send thank you email messages to all of your donors at the end of your campaign? (Y/N)
