Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Ent Credit Union “Youth Endowment Series” (YES) Grant Program, supporting non-profit organizations benefitting children in the Pikes Peak region including El Paso and Teller counties.
Ent is a member-owned financial cooperative with more than 260,000 members and more than $4.4 billion in assets. We are the largest credit union in Colorado, with a corporate commitment to service and to address both the financial and human needs of the entire community.
Since 2000, Ent’s YES Grants have helped to address some of the specific needs in the community. You - and other area non-profit (501(c) (3)) organizations serving area children - are invited to apply for a 2017 YES Grant. Please complete and submit the accompanying application, along with any additional information or materials you consider helpful, no later than February 15, 2017.
An Ent employee panel will review all submissions and select agencies to receive grants of up to $5,000 toward either relevant mission support or special projects for this year. We plan to announce the selected agencies by April 2017.
Please Note: Organizations or agencies that received a major grant (i.e., $2,500 or more) through the Youth Endowment Series for two successive years are not eligible for major grant consideration in the third year in order to positively impact the greatest number of area young people and agencies. (Agencies not eligible for a major grant will be considered for a minor grant, which is typically $1,000). Please direct any questions about the YES Grant application or process to Kay Warren at (719) 550-6660.
We look forward to hearing from you and reviewing your proposal
Sincerely,
Barbara J. Winter Executive Vice President Organizational Resources
