Review of Minutes The minutes from the 11/24/09 conference call were approved without changes.

SCR 8252 - System Changes to Support Transitioning Youth

Issue #63 - The SSI combo boxes on the AFDC-FC page of the Client notebook are not wide enough to display the new code table values. Should we widen the combo boxes and grids? A new screen shot has been provided. The group accepted the screenshot (referred to as attachment AI) with the recommendation that the data grids be widened, and that the frame be made narrower.

1 Issue #64 – The current screen design has the new Date Identified control below the grid on the bottom of the Family Finding Efforts frame. The Date Identified is not associated with any row in the grid. Should we move the Date Identified control above the grid, to the right of the On Behalf of text box? A new screen shot has been provided. This will affect the Client notebook Related Clients page and Collateral notebook Related Clients page. The group approved this new screen design.

SCR 8330 - Implement Chafee National Youth in Transition Database (NYTD) Regulations

Issue #64 – The group was asked to confirm a group of new NavTool screen shots. These screen shots were all approved by the group.

SCR 8432 – Probation Access to CWS/CMS

Issue #64 - The group was asked where on the Action menu the Migrate SOC 158 Info menu item should be located. The group agreed to place this item in- between the ‘Insert Placement’ option and the ‘View Counts’ option on the Action menu.

Issue #65 - The group was asked if reminders should be generated for SOC 158 placements that are migrated to Client Services. The group decided that yes, reminders should be generated for SOC 158 placements that are migrated to Client Services. The reminders are as follows:
