Dear Residents,

First of all, I would like to wish all of you a belated happy new year! It is my hope that 2016 will be a year of good health, prosperity, and happiness for you, your friends, and loved ones.

2015 has been a triumphant and memorable year for our village and it would not have been so without your care and support.

Secondly, I want to convey my sincere gratitude to the entire village community for giving me the privilege to serve as President of the North Greenhills Association Board of Directors for a second term. I want to thank you for your trust and confidence in my capabilities and I assure you I will do my best to lead by example, to serve with humility and honesty, to uphold our rules and regulations without compromise, and to always act with the best interests of our community in mind.

The Elected Board of Directors and I are eager and ready to face the challenges of 2016 and we are excited about the improvements, programs, events, and initiatives that we are planning for this year.

Association Dues and General Maintenance Fee

STATUS QUO for association dues & general maintenance fee. Association dues will remain at P25.00 per sqm. and general maintenance fee at P3,000 per household.

Please be informed that you may start paying your dues as soon as you receive your statement so you may avail of the discounts:

5% discount - if paid on or before February 15, 2016 NO discount - if paid before March 15, 2016 2% penalty per month and thereafter for payments made after March 15, 2016.

NGA Car Stickers

There will be NO INCREASE in the cost of car stickers. The green stickers will remain at same levels --- two (2) FREE stickers, eight (8) stickers at P500.00 each, and five (5) stickers at P1,500 each. The red visitors stickers will remain at P3,600 each.

The NGA will be providing you with a copy of the Traffic Rules and Regulations once you applied for your stickers.

NGA Finances

We are happy to announce that we will start the year with an excess of collected assessments over expenses of P1,673,471.80. Total collected assessments for 2015 amounted to P29,334,586.06 and total expenses reached P27,661,114.26 giving us the excess of P1,673,471.80.

As we look forward to another year, I wish to enjoin all our residents to support all the improvements and programs of our association. Let us be one in making our beloved North Greenhills a better home for all of us.
