Annex No. 3 to the Rules and Regulations of student internships at Warsaw School of Economics

STUDENT INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT for internships within Erasmus+ Programme

§ 1 The University appoints the Intern to conduct a student internship under the supervision of the Organiser, pursuant to the programme of student internships for students of Warsaw School of Economics.

§ 2 1. The Intern undertakes to conduct the internship according to the schedule of internships and moreover to: 1) observe the order and discipline of work established by the Organiser; 2) comply with work safety and fire prevention regulations; 3) protect professional confidential information and obey regulations on the protection of data obtained during the internship; 4) comply with the formal internship procedure specified by the University. 2. 4. The Organiser has the right to terminate the internship before its final date if the Intern has breached his/her obligations stipulated in sections .

§ 3 1. The internship may not be conducted in health-threatening conditions in the understanding of the provisions of the labour law. 2. The University shall provide an accident insurance cover to the Intern for the time period of the internship. This does not apply if the Intern carries out the internship after his/her graduation. The Intern who had graduated is obliged to obtain insurance himself/herself.

§ 4 After the internship is completed the Intern shall prepare a report of the internship and present it to the Organiser. The report shall constitute a basis for making settlements related to the internship.
