4. Participation rules / system 1. 5 or 6 tatamis will be used (according the number of participants). of tournament 2. Younger and older children: 2 min + golden score (1 min) + hantei Youth 3 min + golden score (1 min) + hantei 3. Tournament system Younger and older children – maximum groups of five Youth – groups 4. It is possible to connect weight and age categories (in case of small number of children in a category).

6. Participant’s age categories Younger children: Older children: Youth Year of birth: 2005-2006 2001- 2002 1999-2000 2007-2008 2003- 2004 7. Participation fee 30 pln / 7 eur per participant (in case of euro, please to have an exact amount)

8. Application Mandatory application by a club to [email protected] . E-mails must be delivered no further than 02.10.2013 (Wednesday) before 10:00pm Participants not reported are cannot join the competition. Please use the attached template for the application (mandatory):

Weight of a child may be checked during the tournament – in case of serious doubt. Re-allocation according to correct weight can be done. If there is a difference between reported and real weight, such a participant may be disqualified. Each participant has to have a valid medical examination, allowing to join the tournament. ID for each participant is mandatory.

5. Tournament schedule 05.10.2013 (Saturday): 2.00 pm arrivals, check-in the hotel 6:00 pm – 8:00 p.m. Training in GCKiS Sport Hall for all of the tournament participants (see the map below) 06.10.2013 (Sunday) 10:00 – 10:15 Opening Ceremony 10:15 - 10:25 Artistic gymnastics show 10:25 – 10:40 Warm-up for all the participants 10:40 fights of younger children groups, rewarding 12:30 fights of older children and youth groups, rewarding 3:00 p.m. estimated finish time of the tournament 1. There can be only participant and coaches on a tatami zone. 2. Parents and supporters can take places only on the tribunes 10. Contest rules 3. Referee can shorter breaks between fights of the same participant if he considers it reasonable. 4. Weight categories each 2-3 kg – according on participant’s number in a category (older and younger kids). Youth – according to Polish Judo Associa- tion rules. 5. For older and younger children groups, sacrifice throws are forbidden (eg. tomoe-nage) and knee throws are forbidden eg. seoi-otoshi). Youth – according to Polish Judo Association rules. 6. Awarding Ceremonies – after finishing each weight category. Participants should wear the judogi.

11. Additional information: 1. Participants should have valid medical examination and insurance in case of any accident. Organizers do not take the responsibility for any injury and accident. 2. For places 1-3 participants will receive medals and diplomas. Other places – diplomas.

12. Proposed hotel; booking Hotel booking should be done 14 days before the tournament.
