Minutes of the September 14,2010 Meeting Township of Mahwah Community Cable TV Committee

Members Present: Gail Reynolds (chairperson), Gloria Folpe-Lore, David May, John Roth, Peter Wendrychowicz (vice-chairperson),

Meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M.

. . On motions from John and Gloria, the minutes of the August 10, 2010 meeting were accepted unanimously.

 Interviews – Ms. Reynolds called Jefferson Sampson at Ramapo College regarding the scheduling of our next Mahwah Meets interview and verified that Friday taping were still the best times. Brian Campion, Mahwah Administrator, is still scheduled to be our next interviewee. The committee agreed that the next interviewee would be the CERTS coordinator. MCN will also videotape the Mahwah HS Pep rally scheduled on the Friday of Homecoming weekend. Other upcoming events discussed were videos of Seniors Halloween Party and Veterans Day Service (Nov.11 @11AM). Stills will be taken at the Halloween Costume Parade and the 3rd Annual Mike Drozd ceremony.

 MSG Varsity- In order to clarify Exactly what the relationship with MSG Varsity, Mahwah HS, and Mahwah Community News. Pete Wendrychowicz will contact the coordinator and establish proper lines of communication regarding which athletic venues may be aired by MCN. If further clarification is necessary then he will invite the high school coordinator to our meeting.  Mahwah Day- MCN’s final preparations for Mahwah Day was discussed. David May will furnish the tent and additional handouts, Gail Reynolds will bring the easel, favors and display poster. Gail also will develop a community survey regarding MCN’s overall acceptance by the community. Pete Wendrychowicz will bring table, chairs , cameras and fresh videotapes.. .

. Adjournment - On the motion by John, and a second by Gloria the meeting was adjourned at 8:13 P.M.

The next meeting of the committee is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 7:30 P.M.
